Last year we had a lot of people take part in my reading challenge and they had fun reading new books they had never thought about reading before.
They filled in their reading diaries and told me about their favourite bit of the books they had read, so that I can share them with you to help you to choose (or avoid!) some books this year.
I am hoping to have a new blog site up and running especially for the Reddit! challenge in a couple of weeks so watch this space. In the meantime, here are a few to start you off:
Burning Wire, by Jeffrey Deaver
The best bit was the capture and arrest of the ‘watchmaker’, because it was getting about TIME! Mr. Walsh
Making It Up, by Penelope Lively
‘The road not travelled’. ‘What if’ stories about what might have happened if… Fascinating. Ms. Gregory
A Time to Run, by Barbara Boxer
The best bit was when Greg gets his come-uppance. A woman scorned. Brilliant. Mr. Fisher
The White Queen, by Phillipa Gregory
The best bit? Everything: I adored the history, the characters, the plotting and scheming. Fabulous book. Ms. Halgh
